Guest Ratings & Reviews
I was excited about staying in a king suite but ended up on the ground floor next to the bar. The room wasn't as clean as I expected, with some maintenance issues like tile cracks and a leaking AC unit, leaving the floor wet all night. On the bright side, there was an option to upgrade to a double queen room for an extra $200, even though it was pricey for the value.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The room we got was spacious but had a sewer smell, and the AC unit was so loud and rattling it felt like it might fall off the wall. The location was convenient but not as clean as expected. The service was responsive to issues but showed a lack of professionalism in some instances. Dining was not satisfying, and the extra charges for breakfast were unexpected.
The hotel was really overpriced considering the lack of amenities in the room, which had a dirty bathroom and a terrible smell. The television was outdated, the bedding and mattresses were subpar, and the paint was peeling off. On the bright side, the service was exceptional, particularly in making sure discounts were applied correctly, and there were convenient dry cleaning and commercial services available. The location, although not surrounded by much, was clean and inviting, ideal for those working in the sales office or Canada. However, you would need to travel for restaurants and activities. The dining experience was a mix of pleasant and disappointing, with a nice dining room but marginal food quality. The facilities could use improvement but served their purpose.
